Laurie Thinel McCollum R.N., C.C.M., C.L.C.P.

Laurie was licensed as a Registered Nurse in 1983. Laurie has been a Certified Case Manger since 1993. Laurie is also a Certified Life Care Planner, who attended the Rehabilitation Training Institute program for Life Care Planning, and was certified in 1996. Laurie has focused her skills on areas of workers' compensation, case management, life care planning, vocational rehabilitation, hospital bill review, chart audits, and geriatric case management. Laurie has attended training seminars in spinal cord injury case management, forensic rehabilitation, pediatric advanced catastrophic case management, amputations, burns, chronic pain, RSD, AIDS, and psychiatric disorders. Laurie holds memberships in the Case Management Society of America, and the International Academy of Life Care Planners.

Alice K. Noe R.N., B.S.N, C.C.M., C.L.C.P.

Alice was licensed as a Registered Nurse in 1977. Alice received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. Alice has been a Certified Case Manager since 1993. Alice is a Certified Life Care Planner, who attended the Rehabilitation Training Institute program for Life Care Planning, and was certified in 1996. In October 2003, Alice completed training as a Medicare Set-Aside Professional. Alice holds memberships in Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, and the International Academy of Life Care Planners.

Kathleen R. Pouch R.N., C.C.M., C.N.L.C.P., L.N.C.C.

Kathy was licensed as a Registered Nurse in 1977. Kathy has been a Certified Case Manager since 1998, Certified Nurse Life Care Planner since 2000, and Legal Nurse Consultant Certified since 2002. Kathy recently received her Certificate of Completion from the University of Florida as a Medicare Set-Aside Professional. Kathy has focused her skills in areas of workers' compensation, catastrophic medical case management, ambulatory nursing, coronary critical care nursing, and obstetrics and gynecology. Kathy holds memberships in Case Management Society of America, American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, and American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners. Kathy currently holds the position of Chairperson of the Journal for the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners.

Jerri Osborne R.N., C.L.N.C., C.L.C.P.

Jerri was licensed as a Registered Nurse in 1991, and has over 11 years of emergency nursing experience from two of the Top-Level-1 trauma centers in Michigan. Jerri continues to work in the emergency department at a hospital that has been ranked one of the top ten in the nation. Jerri has extensive experience in triage, acute cardiac care and trauma. Jerri received her certification as a Legal Nurse Consultant in 2000 from the Medical Legal Consulting Institute and has completed her Life Care Planning certification through the Intelicus program for Life Care Planning. In October of 2003, Jerri completed training as a Medicare Set-Aside Professional. Jerri has future plans of obtaining her degree in long term health care administration and case management.

Michelle Smith

Michelle is the Marketing Director for Advanced Practice Consulting. She is able to provide, to you, information on the legal nurse, life care planner, and vocational services Advanced Practice Consulting provides. Michelle's background includes over five years experience for a major auto no-fault insurer, as a personal injury adjuster. Michelle also provides consultation with Advanced Practice Consulting's legal nurse consultants in the "round table discussion" for medical-legal issues involving Michigan auto no-fault cases.
